Welcome to Sprout. By creating an account or using our plant care tracking application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Sprout is a plant care companion application that provides tools for tracking plant care schedules, logging growth milestones, setting watering reminders, and accessing plant care information. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
To use Sprout, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Sprout offers a Premium subscription with the following plans:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

You retain ownership of the plant data, photos, and notes you upload to Sprout. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it within the app to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
The Sprout app, including its design, features, logos, and content not provided by users, is the property of Sprout and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
Sprout provides plant care information and reminders for general guidance only. We are not responsible for the health or survival of your plants. Plant care advice is not a substitute for professional botanical consultation. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
